Here's how our inbound program works for your out-of-town travelers.

Here's the text directions:
1.) Your travelers will arrive at Denver International Airport.
2.) All travelers will ride the train back to the main terminal, or,
if they are on Concourse A, they can take the walkway.
3.) Go to baggage claim to pick-up your bags.
4.) Go to Door 504 Westside or Door 513 Eastside, exit the door, go
to third island, and turn right. You will see signs for off-airport
parking.
5.) Board our red, white and blue USAirport Parking shuttle. Buses run
continuously every 5 minutes from 7AM to 12 Midnight. Call
1-800-649-6006 for pick-up between midnight and 7 a.m.
6.) Tell the USAirport Parking driver that you are a "long-term parker,"
and that your car is "at the office." The driver will take you to our
office building (it's usually the first drop-off for the bus), and offer
luggage assistance.
7.) Enter the office building, and tell our staff that you are a
long-term parker and that there is a car waiting for you. Depending
on your company's policies, you may have been provided keys, or
we may have the keys to your car. Our office staff will direct you
to your car (long-term cars are generally parked close to the office),
or, if it's parked further away, provide you with a ride in one of our
courtesy vans to your car.
8.) Depending on your company's policies, you may have been provided
with a "value card" (long-term prepaid parking card) which offers
unlimited entrances and exits for a fixed period of time, or we may
be keeping that card for your company. If we keep the card, you will
instructed to exit from the lane closest to the office, so that our
staff can use the value card to permit your exit without further
payment, and return it to the proper location in the office. If you
keep the card, you may exit any lane.
9.) When you are done with your visit to Colorado, return to
USAirport Parking, and driving the car straight ahead from the entrance
gate to the office (the building next to the exit lanes - follow signs for
auto services). Park at the office, come inside, tell what company
you are from, and that you need a ride to the airport. If USAirport
Parking keeps the keys for your company vehicle, please return them
to the office staff. Our bus will meet you at the office. The driver
will ask which airline you are flying on, and take you to curbside
check-in for your airline.

Tips for the people managing company cars:
1.) Our long-term prepaid parking program is prepaid. Please
make sure that you keep your value card current by mailed check or
credit card. If your value card is not current, your travelers will
be required to pay to retrieve the car. USAirport Parking does not
grant credit. Payment is required before any vehicle leaves the
parking facility.
2.) If we keep the keys,leave us clear instructions as to who is
permitted to take the vehicle.
3.) If we keep the keys, we can perform basic automotive services
(car wash, detail, oil change, windshield replacement) for the
vehicle at your request.
