Hwy 85 to E470The E470 Tollway is now open from route to us from Hwy 85 to DIA. Is it worth it? It's longer by about two or three miles than the Bromley to 4th Avenue route, but driving speeds are higher. It will cost you 50 cents to get on at Hwy 85, and 50 cents to get off at 96th Ave. If you continue south to Peña (not recommended!), the total cost will be $2.25 ($2.75 proposed effective 1/1/06), and the driving time and distance longer still. If you prefer to use E-470, take Hwy 85 south of the city of Brighton, You'll go under E-470, then loop around on the a HUGE cloverleaf (I'm not kidding, it's about 2 miles!) to enter the E470 Tollway. It's 50 cents (exact change! - proposed increase to 75 cents 1/1/06) to enter the tollway. Take E470 south to 96th Avenue (Exit 31 - 50 cents exact change - proposed increase to 75 cents 1/1/06), turn right on 96th, and left on Tower at the light. If you exit past 96th Ave, you'll drive further and wind up paying $1.75 ($2.00 proposed effective 1/1/06)at the toll plaza just south of 96th Ave. Save a buck and a minute or two, and get off on 96th Ave. The 96th Avenue exit is 50 cents (proposed increase to 75 cents 1/1/06), and requires exact change.

Take Highway 85 to 104th Avenue and turn left. Take 104th Avenue east (left) about 5 or 6 miles to Tower Road and turn right. Continue south on Tower 2.9 miles to USAirport Parking. To return home from USAirport Parking after your trip, turn left (north) on Tower Road as you exit the facility. Turn left on 104th Avenue, at the stoplight approximately three miles north of the facility. Continue west on 104th to Highway 85. Turn right on Hwy 85.
Hwy 85 to Bromley to 4th/Sable to 136th to Buckley to 120th to Tower:
Take Hwy 85 south to Bromley Lane (in the town of Brighton), and turn left (east) on Bromley. Turn right south on 4th Avenue (Hwy 51 & Hwy 2), and continue south to 136th Avenue. Turn left (east) on 136th, then turn right on Buckley, just before you get to I-76. Continue south on Buckley to 120th Avenue. Turn left (east) on 120th, DO NOT use E-470 (It's not faster to USAirport Parking and costs extra money). Continue just past the entrance to E-470 to to Tower Road, and turn right at the stoplight. USAirport Parking is about 5 miles south of 120th Avenue on the west side of Tower Road. To return home from USAirport Parking after your trip, turn left (north) on Tower Road as you exit the facility. Turn left on 120th Avenue, at the stoplight approximately five miles north of the facility. Continue west on 120th to Buckley. Turn right on Buckley, and continue north on Buckley to 136th. Turn left on 136th, and take it west to Hwy 85. Turn right on Highway 85.
