Southern Metro Denver and Southern Colorado:
First Question: To E-470 or not to E-470?
Quick answer (Pay the Toll):If you live in Parker, take E-470, it saves time from there. Otherwise, from I-25 and C-470, E-470 will cost you toll each way. Is it worth it? At 10AM on Saturday Morning, probably not. I-25 traffic won’t be that bad. E-470 will not be any faster; it will just cost you the toll fees. However, if it’s 4:30 PM on a snowy Friday Afternoon, a toll is a small price to pay to avoid the Tech Center Madness. Pay the toll and be really glad E-470 is there. If you plan on making E-470 a regular habit, GET THE EXPRESS TOLL PASS. It really saves time, and costs nothing!
Toll-free directions:Take I-25 North, take exit 200C to I-225 North. Continue on I-225 North 12 miles to I-70 eastbound (exit 12B). Take I-70 east to Pena Boulevard. Exit Pena at Tower Road, and turn north (left). USAirport Parkingwill be on your left just to the north of Pena.
